I have taken my car to this location for emissions for years. It has gone thru several owners but several of the guys who work there have stayed. I like the place. I have read some of the comments and I can see where they are coming from yet for me it has been positive.

We stopped here for a quick oil change. I gave explicit instructions that I only wanted an oil change. It didn't take long for them to try and up sell. The manager brought in my air and cabin filters saying they were badly needing replaced. I told him I could do it myself. He told me he would sell them at cost of $18-20. I told him to go ahead. When we got the bill he charged us $27 and 21. When I asked him about it he said that was only a range. I will never go here again. Please don't try to placate me with a reply because this was very dishonest. When I frequent a business it's because they've earned my trust, once lost you can never earn it back.

These guys took advantage of my mom and charged her TWICE for an emissions test. The first test failed so they told her she had 30 days to get it retested for free. She went back 16 days later and they charged her again. I went back in to get them to refund the second charge, but they refused to refund the duplicate charge. I will definitely report this to the BBB and make sure people know this place is shady.

Eden, please contact me about your Mothers issue I am always available I appreciated the opportunity to discuss this with you and BBB and offered you a resolution. Emissions on a vehicle can be difficult sometimes and we have to follow the Utah State emission guide lines. I am very sorry it was hard for you and your Mother getting her vehicle registration completed. I would ask you to rethink your review please

They flat out lied about retaking my emissions test. They ended up charging me twice for the SAME test after they said it would be free if I brought it back in within the same month. I went back in to get a refund and tech denied me because it was already charged. I'm going to report these people to the BBB for lying and charging for the same service twice.

Adam, please contact me here at the shop or at [email protected]. I would myself would not want to be charged twice for a service I was entitled to. we do follow the Utah state guide for emission testing I understand sometimes getting a vehicle to pass emissions is difficult

Don't ever come here! These guys are crooks and they will take your money for fake services. They don't know how to provide any type of resolution and they don't care either.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They only care about stealing your money and don't care if they screw you over. They took advantage of my mom and didn't even own up to their mistake. Never come here!
