Equipment was not functioning . there “certified technician” told me my car didn’t pass or fail . they asked me to drive the car to springville hoping it would “pass” . after doing this multiple times the “certified Tech “ asked for an additional $35 . a waist of time and money . business wasn’t nice or informing. they claimed I had issues with my Catalytic converter . i went to auto zone to find out they were lying . I would rate this dishonest shop 0 stars if I could . don’t waist your time here , they just want your money.

Mr.Crossfire are equipment works fine it's serviced and maintained by an independent company by the state Emissions dept. It' only after several test's you need to pay again. I am sorry you're having issues with your car not passing the Emission test

I got my oil changed on 2/8/20. I specifically went to this place because of its good reviews and was sick of going to jiffy lube. Ever since I got my oil changed by fluid tech Domonick and lube tech Brandon my Jetta has been leaking oil consistently all over my drive way. After paying $106 for my synthetic oil change I expected 0 leakage (which has never happened before).

Sydney, I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with a oil leaking please bring in your car so we may check it, a car with 177k miles is not uncommon to have some leaks. We serviced it on 02/08/2020, maybe something happened in the last month to cause a leak we are happy to check it for you please contact me personally if you have any questions. Blain Richmond
