They flat out lied about retaking my emissions test. They ended up charging me twice for the SAME test after they said it would be free if I brought it back in within the same month. I went back in to get a refund and tech denied me because it was already charged. I'm going to report these people to the BBB for lying and charging for the same service twice.

Adam, please contact me here at the shop or at [email protected]. I would myself would not want to be charged twice for a service I was entitled to. we do follow the Utah state guide for emission testing I understand sometimes getting a vehicle to pass emissions is difficult

Don't ever come here! These guys are crooks and they will take your money for fake services. They don't know how to provide any type of resolution and they don't care either.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They only care about stealing your money and don't care if they screw you over. They took advantage of my mom and didn't even own up to their mistake. Never come here!

Greedy owners that will charge you twice for doing an emissions test after they tell you it's free the second time. I will never come back here and make sure people know how terrible they are.

I've been using these guys, or their predecessors at the same location for all of my 35 years in American Fork. They are quick, professional, and don't push the upsell stuff like most such shops. Any kind of oil change they always check all fluid levels, all filters, tires, etc. I also really like that you can take car of your registration renewal her at no extra charge from the big line wait at the DMV. Service: Oil change

They got right to work getting my oil change when I got there But beware, when I walked into the small office majority of people were not wearing masks And there was no option to sit outside while you wait Even the manager himself wasn’t wearing a mask
