I got my oil changed on 2/8/20. I specifically went to this place because of its good reviews and was sick of going to jiffy lube. Ever since I got my oil changed by fluid tech Domonick and lube tech Brandon my Jetta has been leaking oil consistently all over my drive way. After paying $106 for my synthetic oil change I expected 0 leakage (which has never happened before).

Sydney, I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with a oil leaking please bring in your car so we may check it, a car with 177k miles is not uncommon to have some leaks. We serviced it on 02/08/2020, maybe something happened in the last month to cause a leak we are happy to check it for you please contact me personally if you have any questions. Blain Richmond

On a holiday and in a blinding snow storm they are open and helpful. They took the time to answer all my questions and explain my choices of service. Fast, friendly, and very helpful! We will be back for regular service on our family vehicle.
