Took my truck in to the American Fork location to have the intoxilock removed because the engine had blown and was undriveable. They quoted a price of $250.00 by the time they kept adding on fees, "jobs" etc. the price was going to be $390.00. Not very truthful in disclosing the extra charges. The individual only stated his guys aren't going to work for free. Need to be more honest up front. When confronted about it, the individual just said they were done with it and they wouldn't do the work. I would say that is Great customer service.

Wade, You have never even been here ! as for the truck you mention, it is your son's (ANONYMOUS) and he is a flake I have bent over backwards to accommodate him. He will need to have his Breathalyzer serviced by another facility I will NOT service it! and we don't work on them for free. I would expect more honesty from a elder but I can see the Apple didn't fall far from the tree.

They helped me figure out an electrical problem in my son's car that had others telling me they couldn't help me. My son is deployed with the Utah National Guard at the border and the stress of getting it fixed for his wife was high but these guys delivered.
